Review platform activity on the home page
Users with home-page access land on the dashboard after login. A shared time window shows enabled and total modules, operating modes, modules needing attention, applied scaling actions, and failed runs.
Modules needing attention

| Repeated failure | At least three consecutive failures: inspect recent errors, sources, and model runs. |
| Degraded recommendation | Review sources and fallback reasons. |
| Expired recommendation | Check scheduling, forecasting, and decision refresh. |
| No recommendation | A module expected to produce advice has not done so; review module and metric settings. |
| Bypass | Confirm whether manual intervention is intentional. |
Observe-only modules and modules with prediction disabled are not flagged solely for missing advice. Bypass may be intentional; read its reason.
Distinguish execution and effectiveness
The dashboard reads existing state without starting forecasts, execution, or repairs.
The scaling chart aggregates successfully applied Operator actions over time, not forecast recommendations. Empty periods show zero actions. Open Effect report from an attention row to inspect accuracy, timeliness, capacity, and stability.
